      If your LG Digital Signage display shows no image, first ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the power outlet. Then, inspect the signal cable and access the input menu to verify the input signal. If the issue persists, and you're using a PC, the signal from the PC (graphics card) might be out of the vertical or horizontal frequency range of the product. In this case, adjust the frequency range by referring to the Specifications in this manual.

      If the screen color on your LG Digital Signage appears abnormal, ensure the number of colors is set to more than 24 bits (true color) in your display settings (Control Panel ? Display ? Settings ? Color Table in Windows). Also, check the connection status of the signal cable, and if necessary, re-insert the PC graphics card. Note that this is not a malfunction of the LCD.

Note that if you turn the monitor on when it is cold, the screen may flicker, which is normal.

Also, when a dark image is displayed on the screen after an image with high contrast (black and white or gray), this may cause image sticking, which is normal for LCD screen products.
