  If no image is displayed on your LG Digital Signage, first ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into the power outlet. Also, check the signal cable connection between your PC and the display. Press the INPUT menu on the remote control to verify the input signal. If the issue persists, the signal from your PC might be out of the product's frequency range. In this case, adjust the frequency range according to the specifications in the manual.

  If the audio function isn't working on your LG Digital Signage, check that the audio cable is properly connected. Also, make sure the volume is adjusted to an audible level and the sound settings are configured correctly. Try selecting an appropriate equalizer sound setting too.

  If the screen color appears abnormal on your LG Digital Signage, try setting the number of colors to more than 24 bits (true color) via Control Panel ? Display ? Settings ? Color Table in Windows. Also, check the connection status of the signal cable. Note that several pixels may appear on the screen, which is attributable to the unique characteristics of the LCD panel and not a malfunction.

  If the screen image on your LG Digital Signage looks abnormal, verify that the graphics card resolution and frequency are supported by the product. If the frequency is out of range, set the resolution to the recommended setting in the Control Panel ? Display ? Setting menu. Also, ensure the proper input signal is connected to the correct signal port by connecting the appropriate signal cable.

  If an after-image appears on your LG Digital Signage, and you've been using a fixed image for a long time, it may cause pixel damage; use the screen-saver function to prevent this. Also, it's normal for LCD screens to show a dark image after displaying an image with high contrast (black and white or gray).
