Why is multi-touch not responding on my LG 98TR3PJ-B?
    • O
      ohallSep 23, 2025
The content played (e.g., Paint, etc.) may not support Multi-touch points. Make sure that you use content that supports Multi-touch points. Try removing the USB cable and connecting it again in 10 seconds. Run the content (e.g., Paint, etc.) again, or restart your PC. Note that on the edge of the touch screen, multi-touch may work unstably. If the interval between two touches is too short, a touch error may occur.

What to do if touch does not respond on LG 98TR3PJ-B?
    • F
      fullersamuelAug 25, 2025
This issue may occur if the USB cable between the PC and the product is not connected properly; remove it and reconnect it after 10 seconds. Ensure your PC's power cord is firmly plugged into the outlet and restart your PC. If the system is down due to an unstable network, reconnect the LAN cable or restart your PC. Check the signal cable connection between your PC and the product. Also, ensure the product is powered on and connected to a grounded outlet. Confirm that the screen is on and that you are not touching the screen with only your nail or fingertip, holding the tip of the touch pen, or pressing too hard with the touch pen.

Why does my LG Digital Signage suddenly turn off?
    • L
      lynchjaredAug 26, 2025
Check if the auto-off function is activated in the time-related settings. Verify that the power cord is properly connected, ensuring a stable power supply. Review the power control settings. If the internal temperature of the enclosure rises, the power may shut down, so clean the heat exchanger or filter periodically. Also, check if the fan is working correctly; you can view the fan status in (SETTINGS) [General] [System Information] [Fan Status].

      Barbara KiddAug 27, 2025
The signal cable may not be properly connected between the PC and the product, or the cable connection status may be unstable, so check the signal cable. Access the input menu to check the input signal. The signal from the PC (graphics card) may be out of the product's vertical or horizontal frequency range; adjust the frequency range by referring to the specifications in this manual.

How to fix abnormal screen display on LG Digital Signage?
    • B
      Barry GarciaAug 27, 2025
Connect the signal cable that matches the source input signal. Condensation may appear on the screen, but it will disappear after the product is powered on for some time. If connecting the panel and the Signage box, check that their serial numbers match. If they do, unplug the power cord and plug it in again to run the Clear Panel Noise feature (the system will reboot automatically). You can also run this feature in **(Settings)** [Display] [Advanced Settings] [OLED Panel Settings] [Clear Panel Noise] menu.

What causes image sticking on LG Digital Signage?
    • P
      Patricia Bell MDSep 16, 2025
When the voltage difference between the electrodes builds up over time, liquid crystals have a tendency to remain aligned in one direction. During this process, a previously displayed image remains visible, which is referred to as image sticking. This phenomenon does not occur when using constantly changing images, but may occur when using a fixed image for an extended period of time. Therefore, it is recommended that you change the screen at least once every 12 hours; more frequent changes will be more effective in preventing image sticking.

Why is the PC BIOS configuration screen not displayed correctly on LG 98TR3PJ-B Digital Signage?
    • J
      Jeff VasquezSep 13, 2025
On some PCs, the BIOS configuration screen may not display correctly because the atypical aspect ratio is not supported before the graphics card driver is configured. To access the PC BIOS configuration screen, please connect a standard aspect ratio (4:3 or 16:9) monitor, then perform the BIOS configuration.

What to do if after-image appears when LG 98TR3PJ-B is turned off?
    • B
      Brian StaffordSep 15, 2025
If you use a fixed image for a long time, the pixels may be damaged. Use the screen-saver function. When a dark image is displayed on the screen after an image with high contrast (black and white or gray), this may cause image sticking. This is normal for display products.
