If you are playing a file in PC-LINK mode, try executing the media player again.

Make sure that both the MASTER VOLUME and surround level are adequately adjusted. If you are using a monaural source, switch to a stereo or surround source. Finally, ensure that the surround speaker setting is not set to “NONE” and select the desired surround speaker setting.
