  If your LG Washer/Dryer isn't connecting to Wi-Fi, the password for the Wi-Fi might be incorrect; find the Wi-Fi network connected to your smartphone and remove it, then register your appliance on LG ThinQ. Also, mobile data for your smartphone might be turned on; turn it off and register the appliance using the Wi-Fi network. The wireless network name (SSID) should be a combination of English letters and numbers. Finally, set the wireless router to 2.4 GHz and connect the appliance.

  If your LG Washer/Dryer isn't draining water, first ensure that the drain hose is not kinked. Also, make sure that the drain hose is not higher than 1.2 m above the bottom of the appliance.

  If your LG Washer/Dryer displays an OE WATER OUTLET ERROR, it means there's a problem with the water draining. The drain hose might be kinked or clogged, so clean and straighten it. Also, the drain filter could be clogged, so check and clean it as well.
