Why are the sides of my LG GC-Q22FTQKL Freezer warm?
The heat releasing pipe to prevent condensation is installed on the front and side of the LG Freezer. You may feel it particularly hot right after the appliance is installed or during the summer. This is normal.
Why is the door mullion on my LG Freezer not working?
If the door mullion on your LG Freezer isn't folding in and out properly, make sure the front leveling legs are extended, the appliance is level, and the doors are aligned. Misalignment can occur when door baskets are full. Fully extend the front leveling legs so they firmly contact the floor. Follow the instructions in the Door Alignment section to raise the left appliance door until the door mullion works correctly again. Adjust the right appliance door to align with the left.
