Checkpoint. Has the packing material been removed?
Make sure the tub support and all four shipping bolts have been removed.
This packing material helps to support the outer tub during transit, so that it does not shift.
If not removed, the inner drum will turn, but the outer tub will not be able to shift as needed.

Shipping bolts are made of two parts.
One is ‘rubber + plastic’ and the other is ‘metal’.
All parts must be removed from the washer!!
Is the unit leveled?
If the unit is not leveled properly, it will vibrate.
Many vibraon issues are the result of the unit not being leveled properly.
Place your right hand on the back-right corner and your le hand on the front-le corner of
the unit, then aempt to rock the unit from corner to corner.
Then, move your right hand to the front-right side and your le hand to the back-le
corner and aempt to rock the unit from corner to corner.
If the unit is level, it will not rock. However, if the unit is not level, it will rock.
If the unit rocks, it will be necessary to adjust the leveling feet of the unit.
Adjust the foot under the hand that is on the front of the machine.
How to perform a diagonal test:
Check the horizontality wi th a level.
Second line is boundary line.
To check the leveling:
1. Perform a diagonal test. Push down on each corner of the unit.
2. Use a bubble level and make sure unit is leveled from le to right, front to back, and diagonally.
