Why is my LG GSQV90PZAE icemaker not making ice?

  If your LG Refrigerator's automatic icemaker isn't producing ice or is producing only a small amount, several factors could be at play. First, if the appliance was recently installed, allow approximately 48 hours for normal ice production to begin. Ensure the water supply pipe is properly connected and the supply valve is fully open. Check for any bends in the water supply hose that may be restricting water flow. If you've recently dispensed a large amount of ice, it takes about 24 hours for the icemaker to replenish. Confirm that the ice maker switch or the automatic icemaker button on the control panel is set to 'ON', and the freezer temperature is set to -18 °C. Avoid frequent opening and closing of the appliance door, and ensure it is completely closed.

  If your LG Refrigerator and smartphone won't connect to Wi-Fi, verify that the Wi-Fi password is correct. Remove the Wi-Fi network connected to your smartphone and re-register your appliance on LG ThinQ. Turn off mobile data on your smartphone and use the Wi-Fi network to register the appliance. The wireless network name (SSID) should use English letters and numbers. Set the wireless router to 2.4 GHz and connect the appliance to it. Reduce the distance between the appliance and the router.
