Is the circuit powered on?
Reconnect FPCB.
LCD work well?
Follow the Power ON
Trouble shooting
Is the level at C219
2.85V?
Check TP1
Change U200

and data.
Check soldering of CN400,
CN700, CN702, CN801
Reconnect LCD Module.
LCD work well?
Change the main board
Resolder connector
Change the slide key PCB
