Why is there no sound from my LG Receiver, or why is the sound very low?

  If you're experiencing no sound or very low sound from your LG Receiver, it could be due to several reasons: * The equipment connected with the audio cable is not set to receive DVD audio signal output. Select the correct input mode of the receiver. * The audio cables are not connected properly. Connect the audio cable into the jacks securely. * The power of the equipment connected with the audio cable is turned off. Turn on the equipment connected with the audio cable. * The audio connecting cable is damaged. Replace it with a new one.

  If the remote control for your LG Receiver isn't working properly, consider the following: * Ensure the remote control is pointed at the remote sensor on the DVD/CD Receiver. * Make sure you are using the remote control within about 23 ft (7 m). * Remove any obstacles that might be blocking the path between the remote control and the DVD/CD Receiver. * Replace the batteries in the remote control with new ones.
