This document is an owner's manual for an LG wall-mounted air conditioner, providing detailed instructions for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Function Description
The LG air conditioner is designed to provide cooling, heating, dehumidification, and fan-only operation, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment. It includes various smart features and energy-saving functions to optimize performance and user convenience. The appliance can be operated using a wireless remote control or an ON/OFF button on the indoor unit for emergency use.
Important Technical Specifications
The manual specifies the use of AAA (1.5 V) batteries for the wireless remote control. It also mentions that the appliance supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks for smart functions. Refrigerant type is specified on the air conditioner label, and non-flammable gas (nitrogen) is recommended for leak checks and purging. The appliance requires a dedicated electric outlet and circuit breaker conforming to its rating. For cooling-only models, the emergency ON/OFF button sets the temperature to 22 °C, while for cooling & heating models, it sets it between 22 °C and 24 °C. The energy display function can show instantaneous power consumption (kW) and cumulative power consumption (kWh), with wattage displayed under 10 kW(h) with 0.1 kW(h) unit, and over 10 kW(h) with 1 kW(h) unit.
