  If your LG Refrigerator is not dispensing ice, it could be due to several reasons. Ice will not dispense if any of the refrigerator doors are left open. If the delivery chute is clogged with frost or ice fragments, remove the ice bin and clear the chute with a plastic utensil. Check if the dispenser display is locked and unlock it by pressing and holding the Lock button for three seconds. Also, make sure the ice bin is not empty and that the shutoff (arm/sensor) is not obstructed.

  If your LG Refrigerator is not dispensing water, consider these possibilities: If it's a new installation or the water line was recently connected, dispense 2.5 gallons of water to clear the system. Check if the dispenser panel is locked and unlock it by pressing and holding the Lock button for three seconds. Ensure the dispenser is set for water dispensing by pressing the Water button. Make sure the refrigerator or freezer doors are properly closed. If the water filter was recently replaced or removed, dispense 2.5 gallons of water. Check for kinks in the tubing connecting the refrigerator to the water supply and straighten them out. Finally, ensure the house water supply is connected, the valve is fully open, and not clogged.

Also, ensure the icemaker shutoff arm or sensor is not obstructed and moves freely. If you have a reverse osmosis water filtration system, ensure the sensor area is clean for proper operation.
