6 Q How do I make an e-mail account?

7 Q E-mail registration doesn’t work.

1. Email service uses data. Check out Wi-Fi or data are available.
2. Check out the email address and password.
3. Check out if your email supports the service((IMAP, POP3, SMTP)).
4. For EAS, contact the service administrator to see the server info.

Unused application shows up as a using program even though it is all killed. What
should I do?
A
It’s because the apps services are being run in the background.
For example, phone or email app is supposed to let the user know any incoming
calls or messages even when they are killed.
9 Q Wi connection doesn’t work well.
A
When WiFi connection won’t work, do the following:
1.See if the Password for the AP you are to connect to is wrong.
2. When Settings > Wi-Fi > Advanced > Avoid poor connections are Checked,
internet connection is automatically checked to disconnect the APs that are not
connected to the internet. When you use an Intranet where the internet does not
work, undo the feature.
3. Settings > Wi-Fi > Advanced > Wi-Fi frequency band is used to present frequency
ranges of the AP you are looking for, e.g. Auto, 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Use the Auto
mode and set a certain frequency only when there are multiple APs.
