Why is my LG LSC27910 Refrigerator ice dispenser not working?
    • S
      Samantha WeberJul 26, 2025
Your LG Refrigerator's ice dispenser may not be working due to several reasons. Ice cubes might be jammed between the ice maker arm and the back of the bin; if so, remove them. The ice cubes could be frozen together; use the dispenser more often to prevent this. Only ice cubes made by the ice maker should be used in the dispenser. Ensure the household water line valve is open and that both the refrigerator and freezer doors are fully closed.

Why does my LG Refrigerator water taste bad?
    • R
      Renee BrightAug 8, 2025
If the water in your LG Refrigerator has an odd taste or odor, it might be because the water has been sitting in the tank for too long. To resolve this, draw and discard 7 glasses of water to freshen the supply. If the problem persists, discard an additional 7 glasses to completely rinse out the tank. Also, ensure the unit is properly connected to the cold water line that supplies water to your kitchen faucet.
