Unlocked Screen Locked Screen
To decline a call and divert it to voicemail

If the screen is unlocked, simply touch the Ignore Key .

If the screen is locked, slide the Ignore Key
to the left.

The caller is sent directly to your voicemail box to leave a message.

To decline a call and send a text message
1. When you receive an incoming call and the screen is unlocked, touch the
Send msg button . If the screen is locked, touch and drag the Send
msg button
to the right.
2. Touch the text message you want to send in place of answering the call.

Send msg
key to send a
quick message
to the caller
and forward
them to your
voicemail.
Touch the
Ignore Key
to send the
caller directly
to your
voicemail.
Touch the Answer Key
to answer the call.
Touch the Ignore
Key to decline
