3-3-1. Solution
Replace MAIN board.
3-3-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Check voltage 20 V of IC706, IC708, IC707, IC710 at pin17, 18, 19, 31, 32.
- If 12 V has problem refer to STEP 1-1.
2) If 20 V is OK, replace MAIN board.
