What to do if my LG T710SH has no image?
    • T
      Tammy MendozaAug 8, 2025
If your LG monitor displays no image, ensure the power cord is properly connected to the power outlet and that the monitor is turned on by pressing the Power button. Try adjusting the brightness and contrast settings. If the monitor is in power saving mode, move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard. If a message appears about the signal from the PC (video card) being out of range, consult the 'Specifications' section of this manual and configure your monitor again. Also, check the signal cable between your PC and monitor to ensure it is properly connected.

Why is my LG T710SH Monitor screen flickering?
    • M
      Monica WatsonAug 14, 2025
Screen flickering on your LG monitor can occur if the vertical frequency is less than 70Hz or the monitor is set to interlaced mode. Set the vertical frequency to 72Hz or higher, and consult the video card user manual for instructions on converting to a non-interlaced mode. Also, keep magnetic sources such as power adapters, speakers, or high-voltage lines away from the monitor. Using the normal degaussing function can also clear the screen and reduce blur caused by surrounding magnetic fields.

      Rachel JacksonSep 1, 2025
A premature aging of the monitor pixels may cause the prolonged display of a single image on the screen of your LG monitor. Be sure to use a screen saver to maximize the service life of the monitor.

What to do if the screen color is not normal on my LG T710SH Monitor?
    • J
      Jared VazquezSep 12, 2025
If the screen color on your LG monitor is not normal, set the color depth to 256 colors or higher via 'Control Panel' -> 'Display' -> 'Settings' -> 'Color Palette'. Check the connection of the signal cable, or try pulling out and re-inserting the video card of the PC. If you see a small amount of foreign material on the mask, it will not affect product performance. If the issue is due to interference from surrounding magnetic fields, remove any speakers, steel structures, or high-voltage lines from the immediate vicinity and use the DEGAUSS icon on the screen adjustment menu.
