Troubleshooting for Error Code

sensor and Main PCB.

• Resistance: 10 kΩ at 25
centigrade (unplugged) → for

• Resistance: 5 kΩ at 25 centigrade
(unplugged) → for all sensors
EXCEPT remote room air sensor
• Voltage: 2.5 V DC at 25 centigrade
(plugged) (for all sensors)
• Refer resistance-temperature table
to check in different temperature

Bad communication between remote
controller and unit.
• Incorrect connection between
sensor and Main PCB

• Wire connection between remote

tight
• Output voltage of PCB should be
12 V DC

Bad communication between Main PCB and
Inverter Main PCB of the unit.
• The connector for transmission is
disconnected
• The connecting wires are
misconnected
• The communication line is broken
• Inverter Main PCB is abnormal
• Main PCB assembly is abnormal
• Wire connection between remote
control panel and Main PCB
should be tight.

• Electrical or mechanical damage a

14 Problem inlet water flow rate
• Water has stopped flowing into
unit or not enough water

working.
• Water pump is interfaced normally
with unit and water flow rate

by external devices.
• Leaving water temperature is
above 67 ℃
• Leaving water temperature is
under 55 °C
