4.1 Water quality
Water quality should be complied with EN 98/83 EC Directives.
<!> IMPORTANT
• If the product is installed at existing hydraulic water loop, it is important to clean hydraulic pipes to remove sludge and scale.
• Installing sludge strainer in the water loop is very important to prevent performance degrade.
• Chemical treatment to prevent rust should be performed by installer.
• It is strongly recommended to install an additional filter on the heating water circuit. Especially to remove metallic particles
from the heating piping, it is advised to use a magnetic or cyclone filter, which can remove small particles. Small particles
may damage the unit and will NOT be removed by the standard filter of the heat pump system.
• Water quality check should be implemented before completing the installation of system. Detailed guide can be found in the
table as below.
