  First, press the AUTO/SET button to automatically adjust your LG Monitor's image to the ideal setting. If the image is still unsatisfactory, use the H position and V position icons in the on-screen display to adjust the image position. If you see vertical bars or stripes, use the CLOCK icon in the on-screen display to decrease them. For horizontal noise or unclear characters, use the PHASE icon. Finally, check your Control Panel display settings to ensure the recommended resolution is selected and the color setting is higher than 24 bits (true color).
