      The washing machine may be draining slowly or not at all because the drain hose is installed too high, is pinched or clogged, is frozen, or is blocked by foreign objects. To resolve this, lower the drain hose to within 3 feet below the end of the elbow bracket, ensure the drain hose lies on a smooth surface to prevent bending, thaw frozen drain hoses with warm water, and remove any dirt or obstructions by opening the drain pump plug cap.
