Why won't my LG WT7250C Washer turn on?
    • J
      Jeff GarciaAug 17, 2025
If your LG Washer won't turn on, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded outlet. Check your house fuse or circuit breaker, and reset it if necessary. Also, verify that the water supply is turned on. If the control panel has powered off due to inactivity, simply press the Power button. If none of these steps work, press the Power button, re-select the desired cycle, and press the Start/Pause button.

What to do if my LG WT7250C is leaking water?
    • S
      Shawn TannerAug 20, 2025
If your LG Washer is leaking water, check the hoses and connectors for any leaks, cracks, or splits, and tighten the connections. Also, inspect the house drain pipes for clogs and ensure the drain hose is properly installed. Avoid using too much detergent, as oversudsing can cause leaks. High-Efficiency detergent is recommended in the amount of 1/4 to 1/2 of the maximum amount recommended by the detergent manufacturer. If you're washing large items, use the Bedding cycle and ensure the load doesn't exceed the tub's top edge.

Why is my LG WT7250C Washer not filling properly?
    • J
      Julie JonesAug 23, 2025
If your LG Washer isn't filling properly, ensure the inlet filters on the fill valves aren't clogged. Check that the inlet hoses are not kinked or clogged and that both hot and cold water faucets are fully turned on. Also, ensure the washer lid (door) is completely closed. Note that as a High-Efficiency (HE) washer, the water level settings may differ from conventional washers, and the water will not normally cover the clothes.

Why is detergent not dispensing in my LG WT7250C Washer?
    • E
      Emily MillerAug 26, 2025
If the detergent isn't dispensing completely in your LG Washer, ensure detergent and additives are placed in the correct dispenser compartments and the dispenser drawer is fully closed before starting the cycle. Using too much detergent can also cause this issue; use the amount suggested by the manufacturer and dilute it with water to the maximum fill line if needed. Make sure both hot and cold water faucets are fully turned on. Note that a small amount of detergent residue is normal.

If the water in your LG Washer isn't draining or is draining slowly, check the drain hose for any kinks, pinches, or clogs, ensuring it's not obstructed behind or under the washer. Also, make sure the drain discharge isn't more than 96 inches (2.4 m) above the bottom of the washer.

How to connect my LG Washer to Wi-Fi?
    • B
      Brandon ChurchAug 31, 2025
If you're having trouble connecting your LG Washer and smartphone to the Wi-Fi network, double-check that you've entered the Wi-Fi password correctly. Turn off mobile data on your smartphone before registering the appliance. The wireless network name (SSID) should consist of English letters and numbers only, without special characters. Ensure your router frequency is set to 2.4 GHz, as only this frequency is supported. If the appliance is too far from the router, move the router closer or install a Wi-Fi repeater.

If your LG Washer makes a vibrating noise, ensure all packaging materials have been removed. An unevenly distributed wash load can also cause this, so pause the cycle and redistribute the load. Make sure all leveling feet are resting firmly on the floor. The floor should be solid; ensure it does not flex.
