7) Replacement of Rotor & Stator
① When laying the product down, place a cloth to
protect the outer case of the product.
Use either a boxer or a wrench to disassemble
the Rotor Nut(M18)
* For the re-assembling, the force should be in
a 450~600kgf*cm range.
② Since the rotor is being pulled by the magnetic
rotor from the axis.
① Be sure to assemble the 2T washer
BEFORE assembling the rotor. If not, it
can cause a failure in motor parts.
② When assembling the rotor, make sure
to hold only the exterior part and push
toward the axis.
