Why is my LG WTG9032WF Washer leaking water?
    • J
      Jeanette GriffinNov 23, 2025
If your LG Washer is leaking water, the following could be the cause: * A loose supply hose connection at the tap or washing machine. Check the hoses for leaks, cracks, and splits, and tighten the connections. * Clogged house drain pipes. Since the washing machine pumps out water rapidly, check for water backing up during the drain cycle. Contact a plumber to repair the drain pipe if needed. * The drain hose may have come out of the drain or isn't inserted far enough. Secure the drain hose to the supply hose or standpipe. For smaller drain pipes, insert the drain hose to the flange; for larger pipes, insert it 2.5-5 cm past the flange. * A large item like a pillow or blanket might be above the top of the drum. Stop the washing machine and ensure the load is fully submerged in wate...

      Natalie SandersAug 28, 2025
If your LG Washer isn't connecting to Wi-Fi: * The password for the Wi-Fi network may be incorrect. Remove the Wi-Fi network connected to your smartphone and re-register your appliance on LG SmartThinQ. * Mobile data on your smartphone may be turned on. Turn it off and register the appliance using the Wi-Fi network. * The wireless network name (SSID) may be set incorrectly.
