Summary

Pendant Features

HELP Emergency Button

Press the HELP button for three (3) seconds to turn on the HELP Pendant and call the Dispatch Center.

Battery Check Button

Press the Battery Check button for three (3) seconds to turn the unit on and check battery status.

Volume Adjustment

Adjust speaker volume during a HELP call by rapidly pressing the Battery Check button.

Cancel Call Function

Press both HELP and Battery check buttons for three (3) seconds to disconnect a call.

In Case of Emergency

Calling For Help

Press the HELP button for three (3) seconds to initiate a call to the Life Alert Dispatch Center.

Redial Attempts

The pendant automatically redials up to 10 times if the initial call fails, with the 10th attempt calling 911.

User Instructions

During the HELP Call

Adjust speaker volume and send GPS data using the HELP button during an active call.

Ending the HELP Call

Calls can only be ended by the Life Alert Dispatch Center operator.

Testing

Pre-Test Notification

Call the Life Alert Dispatch Center at 1-800-638-8222 before testing your pendant.

Testing Procedure

Press the pendant button until it announces 'CONTACTING LIFE ALERT...' and follow operator instructions.

Testing Log

Use this log to document your system test dates.

Important Notes

Environmental Use Conditions

Details ambient temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and working frequencies for the pendant.

Checking the Battery Level

Press the Check Battery button for 3 seconds to check battery status. Check monthly.

Moving To New Address
