Why is the maximum speed reduced on my Life Fitness T9i Treadmill?

The maximum speed of your Life Fitness Treadmill might be reduced due to several reasons. It could be that the user is pushing the striding belt, which happens when the runner is moving faster than the belt's speed. Instruct users to avoid pushing the striding belt. Another cause could be a striding belt/deck malfunction, such as a worn deck laminate or a glazed underside of the striding belt, in which case you should replace the belt and deck. Finally, an insufficient power source could be the culprit; ensure the treadmill is plugged into a 15 amp circuit.
