Settings

Press the button at the SELECT WORKOUT screen. Upon entering the settings menu, the screen will display
SETTINGS MENU .
2. Press left or right on the navigation button to scroll through the settings options.
3. Press up or down on the navigation button to adjust the settings.
4. Press the ENTER button or press left or right on the navigation button to save modifications and move to the next
option.
5. Press the RESET button to exit the settings menu.
