K. Sync Data – Allows you to sync your workout data with your LifeSpan app.
1. Download the LifeSpan app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign in to the app.
3. Press the Sync Data button.
4. Hold your phone next to the console.
5. The workout data will sync to the app and the console will reset to the
home screen.
