Make sure the
crimped side
of the Top Pole
faces the same
direction as the
Warning Sticker.

Insert the Top Pole (TP)
through the bottom of
the Bottom Pole (BP).
Pull the Top Pole through the
Bottom Pole far enough to
clear the square hole near the
bottom of the Bottom Pole.

WARNING
Do not overtighten the Cap
Nut. If the end of the Bolt
breaks through the plastic
cap, call our Customer Service
Department at the number on
Page Two. Exposed threads on
the end of the Bolt may cause
serious injuries such as those
listed on Page Two.

Position the Top Pole (TP)
at its lowest height setting.
You may need to use a 5/16”
Bolt to push the Nut (BC)
into one of the Pole Locking
Knobs (CG).

Tighten the Nut securely.

Nut (BC).
