Platform Construction

Truss Assembly

2.1 Slide a connector (AIP) onto the ends of two truss gutter channels (DSR) as shown.

Connecting truss gutter channels using a specific connector piece.

2.2 Attach the connector (AIP) using the hardware indicated.

Securing the connector with the specified hardware for truss assembly.

2.3 Slide a large truss brace (AFG) onto the truss gutter channels as shown, and align the holes.

2.4 Attach the large truss brace using the hardware included.

Securing the truss brace with the provided hardware.

2.5 Slide a truss rod (ADH) through the holes in the truss brace and connector.

Inserting a truss rod through brace and connector holes.

2.6 Repeat steps 2.1-2.5 two times.

Repeating previous truss assembly steps for duplication.

Gable Assembly

3.1 Flip the gable halves over.

Orienting and preparing gable halves for assembly.

3.2 Secure the two gable halves with four (4) screws (ADZ).

Fastening gable halves together using specified screws.

3.5 Flip the gable halves over.

Orienting and preparing entry gable halves for assembly.

3.6 Secure with the hardware included.

Fastening entry gable parts with included hardware.

3.7 Repeat steps 3.3-3.4 for the entry gable.

Repeating vent screen installation for the entry gable.

Left Door Assembly

4.1 Slide a long tube (EDW) into the hole in the left door (BDJ) until a few inches remain out of the door.

Inserting the long tube into the left door hole.

4.2 Insert an end cap (BBH) into the end of the tube and finish inserting the tube until flush with bottom of door and the two holes in the tube align with those in the door.

Securing the tube end with a cap and aligning holes.

4.3 Attach the left latch bracket (EOY) to the door using the hardware included.

4.5 Attach the locks (DGR & DGS) and spacers (ENP) to the top and bottom of the left door.

4.8 Slide a hinge tube (CRD) into the hole in the door until a few inches remain out of the bottom.

Right Door Assembly

5.1 Slide a square tube (EDW) into the hole in the right door (BDK) until a few inches remain out of the door.

5.2 Insert an end cap (BBH) into the end of the tube, and finish inserting the tube until flush with bottom of door.

Securing tube end with cap and flush insertion.

5.3 Ensure the tube inside the door is flush with the bottom of the door. Attach the latch as shown.

5.6 Slide a hinge tube (CRD) into the hole in the door until a few inches remain out of the bottom.

Floor Assembly

6.1 Hold an inner floor panel (CUD) at a 45° angle and slide the tabs along the edge underneath an outer floor panel (CUW).

Connecting inner and outer floor panels at an angle.

6.2 Attach the second inner floor panel (CUD) to the first inner floor panel.

Connecting the second inner floor panel.

6.3 Then, attach an outer floor panel (CUW) to the inner floor panel. Insert the bushings (AHO).

6.4 Finally, insert the screws (CWU) through the divots in the floor panels and into the tabs of the adjacent floor panels.

Wall Assembly

7.1 Secure two wall support channels (AFM) at the outer edges on the one (1) window panels (AHH) using eight (8) screws (ADZ) for each.

7.2 Secure a wall support channel (AFM) at the middle of the notch on five (5) wall panels (AHD) using four (4) screws (ADZ) for each.

7.3 Insert the two left-most tabs at the bottom of the corner panel (AGY) into the two right-most slots along the front edge of the floor.

7.6 One at a time, insert the four tabs at the bottom of the wall panels (AHD) or window wall panel (AHH) into the next four slots along the edge of the floor, and slide the panels forward.

7.7 Insert this corner wall panel (AGW) in the same way as the first one.

7.8 Insert the two (2) wall panels (AHD) WITHOUT the wall support channels here.

7.9 Insert this corner wall panel (AGL) in the same way as the first one.

7.10 Insert these wall panels in the same way as the other side.

7.11 Insert this corner wall panel (AGN) in the same way as the first one.

Door & Entry Gable Installation

8.1 Pull the hinge tube down out of the door about six inches.

8.2 Repeat the previous step for the right door.

8.3 Slide the holes in the entry gable down over the two hinge tubes.

8.4 Secure the entry gable to the shed using six (6) screws (ADZ).

Roof Assembly

9.1 Set a truss assembly into the notches on the first two opposite wall panels while another adult holds this in place.

9.2 Set the roof panel (AGQ) down onto the wall panel, gable, and truss.

9.3 Align the four holes in the wall panel with those at the bottom of the roof panel, and insert four (4) screws (ADZ) to secure the panel in place.

9.4 Insert the first two screws (ADZ) through the gable and into the roof panel and the first two screws (ADZ) through the truss and the roof panel at the locations indicated.

9.5 Insert the roof support (AFL) into the notches in the gable and between the truss and the roof panel.

9.6 Repeat steps 9.2-9.5 for the second front roof panel.

9.7 Repeat the previous steps for the center roof panels.

9.8 Attach the rear gable to the shed using fourteen (14) screws (ADZ).

9.9 Attach the last two roof panels to the shed in the same way you did the first two.

Window Pane Installation

11.2 With the curved edge at the top and facing toward you, slide the window pane down into the opening.

13.1 To anchor your shed, you must purchase the correct anchoring hardware.
