Box Assembly

1.1 Insert Rear Panel Tabs

Insert rear panel tabs into floor panel slots.

1.2 Slide Rear Panel

Slide the rear panel to the right.

1.3 Insert Front Panel Tabs

Insert front panel tabs into floor panel slots.

1.4 Slide Front Panel

Slide the front panel to the right.

1.5 Attach Side Panel

Attach side panel between front and rear panels.

1.6 Secure Corners with Screws

Insert screws into corners to secure the assembly.

1.7 Install Box Latch

Insert and secure the box latch in the front panel.

1.8 Secure Tabs with Screws

Flip box and insert screws into each tab.

Lid Assembly

2.1 Install Left Lid Support

Insert lid support into the left corner of the lid.

2.2 Install Right Lid Support

Insert lid support into the right corner of the lid.

2.3 Attach Lid Latch

Attach lid latch to the lid and align with support.

2.4 Secure Support to Lid

Secure the lid support to the lid using screws.

2.5 Hinge Assembly (Left)

Assemble hinge components for the left side of the lid.

2.6 Attach Left Hinge

Insert and attach the left hinge to the lid.

2.7 Secure Hinge with Screws

Align hinge holes and secure with screws.

2.8 Hinge Assembly (Right)

Assemble hinge components for the right side of the lid.

2.9 Attach Right Hinge

Attach the right hinge to the lid.

2.10 Rotate Hinges and Set Lid

Rotate hinges and place lid onto the rear panel.

2.11 Attach Hinges to Side Panels

Attach hinges to the side panels of the box.

2.12 Attach Gas Springs

Attach gas springs to ball studs on lid and box.
