  The setting position might not be saved because the door setup for opening and/or closing is in an improper position, the springs are incorrectly balanced, or the door is badly adjusted. Verify the number of turns in the torsion spring (see the CE label), verify if the door works manually, and adjust the door if needed. You can also set a gap to side hinges. If the door is working with too much effort, increase the engine power (chapter 5.5) one more level.
