Setting the Pump Speed
The motor used in the 24 VDC FlowMaster Pump is equipped
with a built-in speed control. The pump speed is factory set
to the maximum setting, but is easily changed in the eld as
follows:
1. Locate the speed adjustment screw on the pump motor. It
is located under a cover screw 120° away from the power
wires on the motor body. See Illustration 3 & 4.
Illustration 4
2. Remove the cover screw by turning it counterclockwise with
a Phillips screwdriver. There is a white plastic seal washer
on the cover screw. It will either come off with the screw or
stay wedged in the motor housing. Take care not to lose
this seal washer. See Illustrations 5 & 6.
