Usage Features:
- Pneumatic Operation: These are fully pneumatic air motors, requiring a specified minimum size of air supply hose for proper operation.
- Compatibility: Designed to be used with 6-inch (152 mm) stroke pump tubes.
- Air Supply Recommendations: It is recommended to use a 40-micron minimum pneumatic filter along with a pressure regulator with the system. Lincoln filter and regulator with gauge are available as combination units.
- Lubrication: Special lubricant is used during assembly. It is not recommended to lubricate the system after installation, as new lubricant can wash away factory lubricant, potentially leading to air motor failure or blockage of critical pneumatic paths.
- Safety Precautions:
- Do not exceed maximum working pressure.
- Do not alter or modify any part of the equipment.
- Do not operate with combustible gas.
- Do not attempt to repair or disassemble while the system is pressurized.
- Tighten all fluid connections securely.
- Always follow fluid manufacturer's recommendations for fluid compatibility and use of protective clothing.
- Disconnect air line and relieve pressure when idle for long periods or before servicing.
- Do not operate with air contaminated with materials not compatible with nitrile seals.
