1.5.-6 Preparation prior to Switching On
Before switching on the machine for the first time, carefully read this operating
and maintenance manual. Always observe the safety instructions given.
The first maintenance and all repair work that may be required may only be
performed by the Service Department of LINDNER
GmbH.
During the warranty period, the engine may only be serviced by personnel of
the engine manufacturer or its authorised representatives. Otherwise, the
warranty will cease to apply.
Before switching on the machine, carry out all daily maintenance work!
In particular, check:
the engine oil, coolant and hydraulic oil levels,
for leaks all systems containing fluids,
the functional reliability of the (Emergency Stop) buttons and all safety devices,
the cleanness and ease of movement of the discharge conveyor belt and
that no objects are inside the tilting hopper or on the shredding tools.
