1.5.-8 Automatic Mode
Standing within the danger area is strictly forbidden during operation, especially
in the vicinity of the feed hopper!
When the material is grasped by the tools, the material may bounce up in the
hopper. A safety helmet must therefore always be worn when operating the
machine. Do not look/reach into the hopper while the shafts are rotating.
Always be sure to comply with the safety instructions which can be found in
section 1.3 of this operating and maintenance manual!
Automatic mode is the normal operating mode of the shedder and may only be controlled
using the remote control transmitter. The engine speed, shredding tools and the discharge
conveyor belt are controlled automatically depending on the configuration.
To start the automatic mode, proceed as follows:

Press buttons 9 and 10 (lift
magnet and lower magnet) on radio
remote controls simultaneously
until LED battery / radio
connection is on.
Radio connection is active If the transmitter shows stopping and
switches off, no radio connection
could be established.

On the operating panel in
automatic operation, activate
the button "Automatic operation
without remote control".
The icon changes its colour
and the text now says
"Automatic operation with
remote control"
If the transmitter is not switched on,
the error message "Emergency stop
remote control activated" is shown.
