RADIAL LEAD CAPACITORS: Check orientation of all electrolytic capacitors. All radial lead
capacitors are to be mounted perpendicular to the PCB within +/- 5 degree of accuracy. They are to
be mounted as low as possible to the PCB without sacrificing the lead to package-body integrity.
RTV should be added as shown in photos below.
