Inspection methods and procedures
1、Emergency stop switch
Confident that the emergency stop switch is in normal working state, If not, pull out the switch button。
Normal working state State of emergency
2.Wiring connection
Check the connection of the changing system, Refer to “CIRCUIT DIAGRAM”.
3. Charging display lamp
Charging capacity < 80% flashing interval of red light 1 s
Charging capacity > 80% yellow light flashing interval 1 s
Charge = 100% green light always on
When the battery pack is under-charged, if the green light is on for half an hour after charging, charging
failure or battery damage may occur.
