Using Multiple Handsets
Calling Another Handset During an Outside Call
When you are on an outside call, you can put it on hold and call someone on another handset (this is called an
inquiry call).
Making an Inquiry Call During an Outside Call
1. Press the Intercom key.
2. Use the navigation pad to select the handset you want to call.
3. Select OK.
4. Wait for the other handset to answer your call.
To return to the outside call, follow these instructions:
1. Select OPTIONS.
2. Select OUTSIDE CALL.
3. Select OK. Your inquiry call has ended.
Transferring Your Call to Another Handset During an Outside Call
1. Press the Intercom key.
2. Use the navigation pad to select the handset you want.
3. Select OK.
