Your Command Base is a digital
communication device that “talks”
to the Liontech Command reverse
units inside your Command-
equipped Lionels. Plug the
Command Base’s wallpack into a
properly grounded wall outlet
(110 volts, 60 cycles). Next, plug
its lead into the Base power input
jack; the Base’s green light will
illuminate.
