• To ensure IP65 protection, use the right PV plugs in the package.
• Damage to the device due to the use of incompatible terminals shall not be
covered by the warranty.
• All wiring must be performed by a qualified personnel.
Suggested cable requirement for PV wires
Wiring Connection Procedure
Step1: Assembling the PV Connector:
• Strip the insulation from each PV cable by 6–8 mm.
• Assemble the cable ends with the crimping pliers.
• Lead the cable through the cable gland and connect PV cable to PV connectors.
• Screw the cable gland and the insulator.
• DO NOT crimp the two metal sheets (below picture).
• These are fixing structure of metal core and its plastic shell. Crimping of the two
metal sheets will result in failure of assemble, which may cause contact problems, and
even fire in extreme cases.
• Measure the voltage of every route Strings using a Multi-meter.
• Ensure that the polarities of the DC input power cables are correct.
