Why is there insufficient air flow in my LNS WS Dust Collector?
    • C
      Christopher GrayAug 4, 2025
Insufficient air flow in your LNS Dust Collector can be caused by several factors. It could be due to a clogged filter, so check the pressure gauge and replace the main filter (stage 3) if needed, and inspect/replace the prefilter (stage 1). Alternatively, the inlet ducting or cleaned air exhaust on the upper lid might be obstructed; remove any objects blocking them. If the machine tool enclosure is sealed, slightly opening the door might solve the problem; if so, remove minor covers or drill ventilation holes to allow fresh air inside. If the unit size is not appropriate for the application, contact our technical department.

What to do if my LNS WS has excessive vibrations?
    • C
      Christopher FarmerAug 14, 2025
Excessive vibrations in your LNS Dust Collector can stem from a couple of issues. Check the positioning and condition of the anti-vibration mounts and replace them if necessary. If the anti vibration mounts are OK, turn the unit off and contact our technical department, because the problem might be in unbalanced impeller and/or worn bearings.

How to improve air filtration level in my LNS Dust Collector?
    • J
      Joshua SmithAug 26, 2025
If you're experiencing an insufficient air filtration level with your LNS Dust Collector, the main filter (stage 3) might be deteriorated or incorrectly installed. Verify its correct positioning and replace it or the seal if necessary. Also, dry smoke due to coolant burning can be a factor; in this case, install an absolute Hepa filter.
