Function Description
Notes:
 When your phone is connected to G30 Smart Lock, for security reasons, the door
can only be unlocked via the app, and unlocking via Keypad is not allowed. After
you exit from the app or cease to operate the app for 10 seconds, the Keypad can
be used to unlock the door again.
 If you cease to operate the app for 10 seconds, the Bluetooth connection between
the lock and your phone will be automatically severed. It is normal for a Bluetooth
reconnection prompt to appear on the app.

Permanent
password
Open the Lockin Home app → Tap G30 Keypad/Keypad Pro
→ Tap the key icon → Tap the Plus icon → Select “Online
Password”, then “Permanent Password” → Select the lock
→ Select a member → Enter the password and password
name, etc. → Tap Save.
Permanent passwords are for
fixed users.
It can only be issued when the
Gateway is online, or the
mobile phone is connected via
Bluetooth.
Online one-
time
password
Open the Lockin Home app → Tap G30 Keypad/Keypad Pro
→ Tap the key icon → Tap the Plus icon → Select “Online
Password”, then “One-time Password” → Select the lock →
Enter the password and password name, etc. → Tap Save.
The password can be used
only once before it expires.
It can only be issued when the
Gateway is online, or the
mobile phone is connected via
Bluetooth.
Online time-
limited
password
Open the Lockin Home app → Tap G30 Keypad/Keypad Pro
→ Tap the key icon → Tap the Plus icon → Select “Online
Password”, then “Time Limited Password” → Select the
lock → Enter the password and password name, etc. →
Tap Save.
The password can be used
multiple times before it
expires.
It can only be issued when the
Gateway is online, or the
mobile phone is connected via
Bluetooth.
Offline one-
time
password
Open the Lockin Home app → Tap G30 Keypad/Keypad Pro
→ Tap the key icon → Tap the Plus icon → Select “Offline
Password”, then “One-time Password” → Tap “Obtain
password” → Enter the password and the name → Tap
“Done”.
The password is valid for six
hours and can only be used
once before it expires.
The password can also be
issued offline.
