red

overview“.
To
deactivate
the
programme-
specific
childlock
safety
feature,
carry
out
steps
1
to
5
above.
At
step
6,
select
“Childlock
OFF",
then
carry
out
steps
7
and
8
as
described.
Automatic
switching

your
set
is
no
longer
receiving
a
station
or
is
receiving
a
station
with
an
incorrectly
set
standard,
it
will
switch
automat-ically
to
“Standby“
after
approx.
5
minutes.
If
you
forget
to
switch
off
the
set,
it
will
switch
automatically
to
“Standby“
5
minutes
after
the
end
of
broadcasting.

If
you
wish
to
select
a
programme
with
a
single-digit
programme
number,
hold
the
corresponding
numeric
key
depressed
for
a
few
moments;
the
selected
number
will
initially
appear
on
the
screen
in
the
first
position,
but
will
then
move
to

second
position
and
be
preceded
by
a
O.
For
two-digit
numbers
from
10
to
99,
press
the
numeric
keys
quickly
one
after
the
other.
With
the
button
“Programme
forwards“
@),
switch
to
the
next
higher
programme
number,
with
the
button
“Programme
back“
to
the
next
lower
programme
number.
Note:
The
button
with
the
yellow
ring
allows
you
to
switch
quickly
from
the
programme
currently
selected
to
the
programme
previously
selected.
Preferred
programmes.
A
simplification
for
normal
day-to-day
operation
is
the
feature
for
selecting
“preferred
programmes’,
i.e.
only
these
“oreferred
programmes“
can
then
be
selected
with
the
@)
and
@
keys.
You
can,
for
example,
define
programme
memory
locations
00
to
09
as
“preferred
programmes".
This
is
an
advantage,
for
example,
if
you
can
receive
only
8
programmes
and
wish
to
use
programme
memory
location
OO
for
playback
from
a
video
recorder.
However,
other
combinations
of
“preferred
programmes"
are
also
possible,
e.g.
programme
memory
locations
01
to
20
and
90
to
99,
etc.
You
can
then
switch
through
programme-by-programme
with
button
from
programme
O1
to
programme
20,
an
then
immediately
to
programme
90,
etc.
If,
however,
you
press
button
©
at
programme
memory
location
90,
the
next
lower
programme
memory
location,
e.g.
20,
will
be
selected.
Preferred
programmes
are
selected
by
barring
the
other
programme
memory
locations.

blue
bar
must

using
the
numeric
keys.
Cancelling

barring
of
a
programme
memory

Call
up

menu
“Storage
as
described
above.
Move
the
yellow
cursor
bar
to
the
programme
memory
location
which
you
wish
to
“free“.
Press

briefly
and
the
programme
name
will
appear
again
and
the
five
dashes
disappear.
After
leaving
the
menu

pressing

the
programme
memory
location
can
again
be
selected
with
the
buttons
