If
the
station
you
are
currently
watching
also
transmits
teletext
signals,
you
can
display
the
title
of
the
programme
and
the
start-ing
time
of
the
programme
on
the
screen.
Press
button

on
the
remote
control
unit
once.
The
display
remains
on
the
screen
for
approx.
5
seconds.
Pressing
the
@
button
twice
in
quick
succession
calls
up
the
corresponding
teletext
preview
page.

time

title
of
a
“current
programme"
is
taken
from
preview
pages

If
a
station,
e.g.
SATI,
transmits
these
preview
pages
as
“sub-
pages‘
incorrect
displays
may
occur.
if
the
®
button
is
pressed
whilst
viewing
a
station
which
does
not
transmit
teletext
signals,
a
message
“No
text“
or
“Searching“
will
be
displayed.
The
message
can
be
cleared
from
the
.
screen
by
pressing
the
©
button.
The
&)
button
has
no
function
with
stations
using
the
FLOF
teletext
system.
Picture
format:
4:3
or
16:9.
Television
stations
with
the
PAL,
SECAM,
and
NTSC
standards
transmit
images
with
the
4:3
format.
Wide-screen
or
Cinemascope
motion
pictures
are
viewed
in
the
16:9
picture
format.
Transmission
of
the
16:9
picture
format
is
feasible
with
the
D2-MAC
television
standard,
which
is
broadcast
by
satellite
or
on
the
12
MHz
hyperband
of
some
cable
systems.
Your
television
set
is
equipped
with
a
new
picture
tube
of
16:9
format.
Hence,
wide
screen
motion
pictures
can
be
viewed
without
the
annoying
black
strips
known
from
picture
tubes
of
4:3
format.
The
set
can
display
both
picture
formats.
Selection
of
picture

The
“picture
functions“
key,

is
pressed
five
times.
The
format
already
set,
for
instance,
4:3/16:9,
16:9!,

cinema,

zoom,

best
for
Cinemascope
movies.
In
this
manner,
movies
can
be
viewed
with
a
nearly
full
screen.
