If you're experiencing USB connection issues with your Logitech Remote Control, try the following: 1. Ensure the USB cable is securely plugged into both your computer and the remote. 2. Avoid connecting through a USB hub; connect directly to a computer USB port. 3. Unplug and replug the USB cable from both the computer and the remote. 4. Close and restart your browser, then return to My Harmony. 5. Try a different USB port on your computer. 6. Temporarily disable any anti-virus, firewall, or pop-up blocker programs. 7. Restart your computer.
