Second, incorrect device information could be the culprit; ensure you've entered the correct brand and model numbers for your devices. Finally, the wrong input may have been selected for that Activity during configuration. You can correct the input settings using your remote by following the steps in the Activities section, or in MyHarmony by following the steps in Changing Activity.

  This issue may occur if the inter-key delay time is too short. Adjust the delay time using your remote or with MyHarmony, as described in the Harmony Touch documentation on sending commands slowly in activities. Also, depending on the device, a different sequence of buttons may be required to change channels, so fix the channel tuning settings in MyHarmony: 1. Sign in to your MyHarmony account. 2. Click the Harmony Touch image. 3. Click Favorites. 4. Click Adjust How You Change Channels. 5. Select the method for changing channels that is used by your original remote and click Save.

  To resolve this: - Ensure the USB cable is properly connected to both your computer and the Harmony Touch. - Avoid using a USB hub; connect directly to a computer USB port. - Try unplugging and re-plugging the USB cable from both the computer and the Harmony device. - Restart your remote by holding the Off button for 15 seconds. - Completely close and restart your browser, then return to MyHarmony. - Use a different USB port on your computer. - Temporarily disable any anti-virus, firewall, or pop-up blocker programs. - Restart your computer. - Try connecting the Harmony device using a different computer.
