How do I know if the battery is
charged and how long does it last?
There is an LED light on the bottom of the unit that shows the
charge status,green means it's charged and red means it's
charging. More details about charging and charge status can be
found on PAGE 3.
What do I do if the image is
crooked, sideways, or upside down?
The camera is designed to move and twist so you can get the
image to be level and upright.
More details can be found on PAGE 5.
How many people can view the camera feed?
The system has the ability to support up to 10 connections at
once;however, it is recommended to only have 1 or 2 people
viewing the same camera feed at once because performance can
be severely hindered as more people connect. High frame rate
mode (which is currently only available on Android) is required to
support multiple viewers at once.
