6.5.2 Kommunikation X15, X16 (Option)
Die Steckvorrichtungen X 15 und X 16 dienen
den BUS-Kommunikationen. Diese sind:
Interbus-S
Profibus-DP
CAN-BUS (CAN-Open)
Über die Steckvorrichtung X 15 kann das
Verstärkermodul mit dem LUST DRIVETRONICS-
Bedien-terminal „BZZ“ parametriert werden.
Zu den einzelnen Kommunikationsvarianten sind
optional in dem Verstärkermodul die
entsprechenden Elektronikbaugruppen installiert.

6.6 Anlaufsperre (Option CD_.2)
Verriegelung der Endstufe mit einem
Sicherheitsrelais.
Diese Option ermöglicht, neben der serienmäßig
vorhandenen „elektronischen Endstufensperre“,
einen zusätzlichen Schutz gegen einen
ungewollten Anlauf des Antriebes.
Mit dem Ansteuereingang X2.18 wird neben der
„elektronischen Endstufenfreigabe“ ein
Sicherheitsrelais (TÜV zugelassen) angesteuert.
Die Kontakte des Relais schalten direkt die
Treiberversorgung der Endstufe EIN bzw. AUS.
Gleichzeitig steht ein Hilfskontakt mit der
Rückmeldung “Endstufe gesperrt“ zur Verfügung.
Anschluß an Klemme X2.39 und X.2.40.
Die Kontakte des Relais sind zwangsgeführt, so
daß eine sichere Aussage zum Schaltzustand
vorliegt.
Achtung !
Für die sichere Anwendung
der Verriegelung ist es zwingend erforderlich,
die Rückmeldung „Endstufe gesperrt“ in die
Steuerung mit einzubinden.
6.5.2 Communication X15, X16 (option)
The connectors X15 and X16 serve for the BUS-
communications, which are:
Interbus-S
Profibus-DP
CAN-BUS (CAN-Open)
Via connector X15, the module can be parameter set
with the LUST DriveTronics operating terminal ”BZZ”.
The corresponding electrinic assys for the variants are
optionally installed in the amplifier module. Please
inquire detailed information.
6.6 Starting inhibit (Option CD_..2)
Inhibit of the output stage by means of a safety relay.
This option offers another protection against unintended
starting of the drive - supplementary to the standard
”electronic output stage inhibit”.
With the ref. command input X2.18 a safety relay is
commanded (approved by the TÜV) besides the
”electronic output stage inhibit”.
The contacts of the relay switch the driver supply of the
output stage directly ON or OFF resp. Simultaneously an
auxiliary contact with feedback ”output stage inhibited” is
available. Connection to terminal X2.39 and X2.40.
The contacts of the relay are guided so that the
information about the switching stage is sure.
Caution!
For a safe application of the
inhibit it is absolutely necessary to link the feedback
”output stage inhibited” into the control.
