1.4 Einsatzbereich und
bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Verstärkermodule der Serie CD_.. werden zur
verlustarmen, stufenlosen Drehzahl- und
Momentenregelung verwendet.
CDC..- Verstärkermodule sind für den Betrieb von
Synchronmotoren von der Fa. LUST DriveTronics
GmbH bestimmt.
CDF..- Verstärkermodule sind für den Betrieb von
Asynchronmotoren mit Rückführung der
Motorwellenposition von der Fa. LUST
DriveTronics GmbH oder mit ihr abgestimmte
Motoren bestimmt.
CDM..- Verstärkermodule sind für den Betrieb von
Asynchronmotoren ohne Rückführung der
Motorwellenposition von der Fa. LUST
DriveTronics GmbH oder mit Ihr abgestimmte
Motoren bestimmt.
Verwendungen anderer Motoren bedürfen der
ausdrücklichen Genehmigung der Fa. LUST
DriveTronics GmbH.
Die Betriebsanleitungen der Motoren sind zu
beachten.
Die Servoverstärker CD_.. dürfen nur unter den
vorgegebenen Betriebsbedingungen
(Kap.10,Betrieb) eingesetzt werden.
Ferner sind die vorgeschriebenen Montage-
Demontage-, Inbetriebnahme- und Instand-
haltungsbedingungen einzuhalten.
Die Nichtbeachtung dieser Bedingungen oder
jeder darüber hinaus gehende Gebrauch gilt als
nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für hieraus
resultierende Schäden haftet der Hersteller nicht;
das Risiko hierfür trägt allein der Benutzer.
Hierzu zählt insbesondere das Betreiben und
Versorgen von anderen EB (Elektrische
Betriebsmittel) als den oben genannten.
Sollte das Gerät außerhalb dieser vertraglichen
Einsatzbereiche eingesetzt werden, ist der
Kundendienst der Fa. LUST DriveTronics GmbH
zu Rate zu ziehen, da sonst die Garantieleistung
entfällt (Anschrift siehe Kap. 13, Kundendienst).
1.4 Applications and intended use
The amplifier modules of series CD_.. are used for low-
loss continuous speed and torque regulation.
CDC.. amplifier modules are intended for the operation
of synchronous motors made by LUST DriveTronics
GmbH.
CDF.. amplifier modules are intended for the operation
of asynchronous motors with feedback of the motor shaft
position made by LUST DriveTronics GmbH or of motors
agreed with them.
CDM.. amplifier modules are intended for the operation
of asynchronous motors without feedback of the motor
shaft position made by LUST DriveTronics GmbH or of
motors agreed with them.
Other motors must only be used when clearly authorized
by LUST DriveTronics GmbH.
Adhere to the motor service instructions.
The amplifier modules CD_.. must be used only under
the prescribed service conditions (chap. 10, Operation).
The specified fitting, removal, commissioning and
maintenance instructions must also be observed.
Failure to observe such instructions or any usage over
and above the specified applications will be deemed to
be improper use.
The manufacturer will not be liable for any damage
caused by such actions and the user will bear sole
responsibility in such cases.
In particular this applies to the operation of other electric
units than described above.
If the unit is to be used for purposes other than this
agreed area of application, then the customer should
seek the advice of LUST DriveTronics Service, as
otherwise the warranty will be invalid, for address see
chapter 12.3.
